Spruce Grove Red Barn BBQ Wedding | Krista + Tom

Krista and Tom got married at the Red Barn in Spruce Grove. They planned a laid back day with lawn games, bbq food, and s’mores by the bonfire.

It was hot and sunny for their ceremony. Then the wind picked up and we worked quickly through portraits before it poured. No one was phased. We got a cool wedding party portrait on the balcony (see an unimportant picture of me in the rain and that portrait below), and then the rain stopped for them.

The point is, rain, wind, snow or shine your day is going to happen how it’s supposed to. We will work with what we got and you will marry your human and it will be perfect.

We snuck away for photos during golden hour (100% set aside 10 minutes for those photos—it is worth it) and everyone sat outside for speeches during sun set. Krista and Tom had their first dance outside surrounded by sparklers, and later, they crowd surfed on the dance floor. It was a damn good day.
